Worldolio.NET for Windows

Worldolio is an application that enables you to keep track of various geographical information for cities around the world. This program is for use on desktop computers without using an internet connection.

Requirements

• Microsoft .NET Framework 1.0, 1.1, 2.0, 3.0, 3.5 or 4 installed on your computer
• 500 KB Disk Space

Chocolatey Installer

You need install with administrative rights, you can run Worldolio as a regular user

• Install Chololatey and then install the Worldolio chololatey package
• OR Grab the chocolatey package using this Powershell command (replace 2.0.0.0 with your desired version number)

  Invoke-WebRequest -Uri "https://worldolio.azurewebsites.net/Download/worldolio.2.0.0.0.nupkg.zip" -OutFile ".\worldolio.2.0.0.0.nupkg"

  Install using this Powershell command

  choco install "Worldolio" -s ".\"

Stand Alone Installer - only for old version

You need to run both the installer and Worldolio with administrative rights

• Download and install the .NET Framework v3.5 or .NET Framework v1.1 or .NET Framework v1.0
• Download and install Worldolio (500 KB)

Testing

Worldolio.NET has been tested on:

• Windows 98, Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows 2003, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 10 and Windows 11
• .NET Framework 1.0, 1.1, 2.0, 3.0, 3.5 and 4

On Windows 10 and 11 Worldolio will run on .NET 4 there is no need to install .NET 3.5
